This episode's guest is Felicity Mangan. She is an Australian sound artist, composer and educator living in Berlin since 2008. Felicity plays with the timbres and biorhythmic patterns of her field recording archive to create quasi-bioacoustic music. Felicity has released solo publications on Longform Editions titled Stereo'frog'ic, a reference to the word stereophonic - a sound piece created from found recordings of frogs, insects, and other "vocal" animals swaying around in a stereo field. Among other diverse tape releases, Felicity has presented projects in many different settings such as galleries, gardens, clubs, festivals and online platforms across Europe, including the National Gallery Denmark, Technosphere Sounds CTM/HKW, Sonic Acts Academy, RIVERSSSOUNDS.org and sound design for "100 Climate Conversations", Powerhouse Museum, Sydney, Australia.

For the music in this episode, we used samples from the British Library archive, which holds thousands of recordings of birds, mammals, fish, amphibians, reptiles, and invertebrates. We used recordings of different bats.
